Contact Augusta Window Replacement

Tell us your town and what your windows or doors are doing, from ice on the inside of the glass to daylight under the front door. The form below turns your answers into an email for you to send from your own email app, and the phone number on this page rings our office on Western Avenue in Augusta.

What Follows Your Email or Phone Call?

  1. Chris reads what each opening is doing

Your email or call lands with Chris Pinkham, who notes the town, the openings you named and what each one is doing. A rattling sash, fogged glass or a sill that gives under your thumb tells him what to look for at the visit.

  2. He measures every opening

At the house, Chris measures each opening top, middle and bottom, checks it corner to corner for square and tests the sill with an awl. From those checks he picks insert or full-frame window by window, and a new slab or a whole prehung unit (door, frame and sill together) door by door.

  3. You get the price on paper

The written price lists every opening with its method, and any rot found after an old unit comes out gets priced in writing before work goes on. A job above $3,000 also gets a contract we both sign, and the deposit stays at one third of the price or less.
